Doing our bit to keep you safe

We understand and appreciate the confusion and fear that surrounds the current situation dominating the news, so we thought we’d share the initiatives we are undertaking to ensure that all products bought from Three Gems are 100% safe for you to handle – and 100% safe for you to use. We take both ours and your Health & Safety and the handling of all products, ingredients, and packaging very seriously.

During level 4 we are not permitted to ship products but are here to answer any questions. Production does continue while maintaining strict hygiene practices.  We are able to ship to you during levels 3, 2, and 1.

To remain compliant and protect your safety, we are keeping a close eye on, and following Government advice.

We want you to know:

• Prior to handling any product, all surfaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned with food-grade cleaner and sanitiser and sprayed with a disinfectant surface spray.
• All packaging used is brand new for you to recycle, reuse, or compost.

All of our products are 100% natural, but we also know that chemicals have their place – and now is the time to take every possible precaution to keep this virus in check.
